5* for the item, but deductions made because the item received does not match the above picture nor does it have any instructions and calling the USB company does not really help. Once we had all had a go at figuring it out, it was rather straight forward though you do have to buy additional cable ties if you are not leaving the connector permanently on your bike. So for instance if you are hiring a bike while on holiday, take a bag of cable ties with you!!!
