Julius K9 Power Harness

Hi, I purchased the Julius K-9 working dog harness for my 65 kg Anatolian Shepard and I love it. It is comfortable for him and I feel I have better control of him. I like the fact that if I have to pull him, I am not jerking on his neck. The handle at the back of the harness is great for holding him close and for helping him up in my truck. The harness is very sturdy, well crafted, and very easy to adjust to size. The reflective trim is great also. I can keep tabs on him when he runs the yard at night or for night walks. I bought this for my 5 month old siberian husky as with him becoming a power house I didn't want to continue using a neck collar to control him on the lead, this harness is ideal, since having it you are able to stop him trying to pull effortlessly, I'd recommend this product to anyone who had a strong dog

Bought one for my Rottie x Doberman and it was an excellent choice. Gives me more control and takes the strain away from the dogs neck area and distributes it much better.

I bought this on the recommendation of a friend and also based heavily on the reviews and i have to say i wasnt disappointed. I have an Alaskan Malamute and most harnesses i have used to date hadnt really been made for his natural instinct to pull and put a lot of pressure on his chest so much so that he was wheezing when pulling. The Julius K9 Power Harness doesnt do this thankfully. Its very well built and i think will last as long as the dog himself. The carry handle is an excellent addition and makes carrying such a large dog so much easier, especially when he cant make it over fences and walls himself and i have to give him a hand. Using the handle the harness supports his overall weight very well and he doesnt seem to find it unpleasant at all. With other harnesses i did notice a rubbing or slight restriction of movement i.e where the straps would go around his chest and underneath. Again the Power Harness doesnt have this problem and he seems very comfortable wearing it. My dog is 10 months old and i bought him the size 2 after measuring him using the guide. It fits perfectly and there is a lot of adjustment left so that it should last him a long time as he grows.Five stars from me and i would happily suggest this harness to anyone with a large powerful dog.

we have 3 lively cocker spaniels plus my daughters 16month cocker so taking them out can be difficult!But by using these harnesses my husband and myself have a better control over them and walks are now a pleasure!Everyone comments on how good they look and especially sporting their name tags. my daughters dog who was re-homed now recognises walk time as soon as he sees the harness and can be left at home without distress when she goes out without him! Only problem if Tilly pulls backwords she can walk out of her harness but she is usually going forward!!!

Brought the harness for my Newfoundland puppy and it works a treat. It fits snugly and will grow with her. So easy to put on which makes our life a lot easier. Very easy to clean as she loves going in mud and water! As an owner of a giant dog I would recommend them for all larger breeds.

Our Golden Retriever puppy used to pull with her lead but since getting the harness she now walks lovely. It is comfortable for her and easy to put on and take off. It also cleans well and the adjustable straps have helped as the puppy fat has been shed. A very worthwhile excellent purchase and one I would look to get again. It was so good for us, we purchased one for her sister too as a present!

Perfect for keeping hold of my 18 month old Bullmastiff who is alot stronger than my partner! Its very sturdy and well worth the money and he cant wriggle out of it like he has every other harness we have tried\r\n\r\n

We have a 6 month old Shar Pei. He's been so difficult to get a harness for due to his shape. Tried the ezydog harness but he was top end of the chest measurement and bottom end of the girth measurement so just a rubbish fit. This harness is perfect! He's on the smallest of both straps so loads of room to grow and fits him perfectly. No rubbing and chaffing, feel like I have total control over him as its all very chunky and well made. He's a strong chunky boy but I have every confidence in the harness. The clip ring and buckle are really sturdy and nothing seems to have been cheaply done. The handle on the top is great for encouraging him back in the car where it's always been a struggle before and had to pick him up.

I am taking my young and hugely enthusiastic Flatcoated Retriever on a walking and boating holiday. I've been looking for a harness to help him on and off moving boats. This harness with sturdy handle above the shoulders will give me perfect control so he won't take a dive between the boats and harbour wall steps. Great!!! Fits very well. My dog is very happy wearing it. I love the additional humorous strip down the sides :-) x
