Dog Fleas - Diatomaceous Earth Control

Total Pet Health Diatomaceous Earth is the all-natural way to kill fleas, ticks and parasites. Can be used internally as a dewormer or externally to kill fleas and ticks.

Diatomaceous Earth is a naturally occurring fine powder composed of crushed fossils that has the power to kill fleas, ticks, and parasites naturally. Can be used externally to destroy the waxy outer shell of fleas and ticks, or internally as a dewormer or to treat internal parasites. Contains 15 trace minerals. EPA approved as a food additive.

Ingredients: Fossil shell flour

Warning: For animal use only. Do not inhale. Dust may cause eye and respiratory irritation. In the event of an accidental overdose, immediately contact a health professional.

Caution: Safe use with pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been established. If an animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, discontinue use of product and consult your veterinarian.

Internal Application: Safe to use daily. Directions for use: Mix with food. Kittens: 1/2 teaspoon Cats or Puppies: 1/2-1 teaspoon Dogs under 35 lbs: 1 teaspoon Dogs 35-50 lbs: 2 teaspoons Dogs over 50 lbs: 1 Tablespoon Dogs over 100 lbs: 2 Tablespoons

External Application: Massage into pets’ coat, avoiding eyes and nose. Sprinkle around pet bedding as a further deterrent. Allow up to 72 hours for results. Safe to use weekly or as needed. Please note: For successful flea and tick eradication it is important to treat everything at the same time —the pets, their bedding as well as indoor and outdoor living environments.
