We know that fast reliable service is important to our customers. That is why over 99% of our UK orders (see conditions below) are despatched by second class mail, first class post or 24hr courier on the day of receipt (if received by 1pm GMT).

The exact shipping amount for your order is displayed during the CHECKOUT after you enter your destination address.

When will it arrive? Orders placed by 1pm and delivered by courier will arrive the next business day (Mon-Fri). All other orders will arrive within 2-5 days for Second Class Post and 1-2 days for First Class Post. Very occassionally this can take longer, so we ask that you allow up to 6 days for delivery before contacting us.

Out of stock items Where an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to despatch as much of your order as possible. In the rare cases where we are unable to despatch any items immediately, we will let you know by email as soon as possible.

*Scottish Highlands & Islands, N.Ireland, Isles of Man, Scilly & Wight: Orders over 2kg to that are to be delivered to these locations will be charged at £9.95 (up to 30kg). Next Business Day services to these areas (other than N. Ireland) can take 2-5 days.

*Channel Islands: items over 2kg that are to be delivered to these locations will be charged according to the EUROPE rates (see below).

*Specialist Items: We do have some specialist products (e.g. Some of our Dog runs) that cannot be delivered in the timescale or cost outlined above. Arrangements for these products are clearly noted on the web page for these products.

*British Forces Post Office (BFPO) We are delighted to be able to deliver orders to our forces in the UK and across the world. Orders under 2kg are treated as if they are normal UK orders. Orders over 2kg will travel by Parcel Force to the MOD Postal Service and are charged at £9.99. The following size and weight limitations apply:
1. All dimensions should be less than 1m
2. The girth + length dimensions should be less than 2m
3. Max. weight: 30kg (11kg for ships, 2kg for Iraq & Afghanistan)

Please be careful to enter your correct address and country as we are unable to refund orders if they are lost as a result of an incorrect address. If we are able to recover the goods, we will refund all but the postage cost charged.

*Heavy Items: Occassionally, our couriers tell us that some goods are simply too large to ship to certain locations. If this happens, we will immediately refund your order and contact you to let you know.
